A brief history of Waggity Tail Bakery

After the devastating loss of their much loved canine family member Mascis to Hemangiosarcoma, a cancer that affects the lining of the heart, the Mather's began looking at the ingredients in their bagged pet food and treats. They quickly discovered both contained unnatural and unhealthy ingredients that could have contributed to Mascis' cancer. They began feeding their pets homemade, organic dog foods and treats using only fresh ingredients. After much prodding from family and friends (they were our official taste testers), Waggity Tail Bakery was born.

The Bakery's mission is to make “people food” for dogs, and to keep our recipes simple, natural, and healthy. We use ONLY natural ingredients, buying local and organic when possible, and sticking to just a handful of ingredients in each recipe.
